Qualifications
|
| Must have the following qualifications:1.At least four (4) years of international transactional experience; 2.Will be based in Shanghai and be available to travel within Greater China; 3.Experience representing international clients and leading transactions in complex cross border corporate/corporate finance and structuring matters, venture capital/private equity matters, commercial contracts, M&A, real estate, banking, tax,etc; 4.China bar license; 5.JD/LL.M from US or UK law school with US or UK bar admission preferred; 6.Excellent communications and drafting skills required; 7.Superior spoken and written English and Chinese skills essential; 8.Proactive positive work attitude, leadership skills, high EQ and team player mentality; 9.Ability to be creative, flexible and work ¡°outside the box¡± mentally to provide both legally required as well as practical business solutions. |

| Must have the following qualifications: 1.Good spoken and written English and Chinese skills essential. Comfortable communicating directly with clients in English and Chinese, in writing and verbally, on behalf of professionals. 2.Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office software. Able to independently handle complex formatting of text and graphic documents for legal documents and presentations. Able to produce finalized documents with little need for revision by professionals. 3.Proactive positive work attitude, leadership skills, high EQ and team player mentality. Able to take full responsibility for tasks to completion with little supervision. Can supervise small projects with other colleagues. 4.Can work under pressure and multi-task efficiently. Able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy. 5.Secretarial experience with an international law firm, accounting firm or Multinational Corporation preferred.
