Mr. Wang joined Hao Tian Law Office as a partner in 1997. He is familiar with economic law, civil commercial law, especially contract law, corporate law, real estate law and financial law. Mr. Wang has extensive experience in corporate establishment, stock rights transfer, assets transfer, restructuring and reorganization, M&A, land primary development, real estate development, corporate investment and bankruptcy.
