Peng Jiang has extensive experience in the area of China Antitrust, Inestment and Trade Remedies. Mr. Jiang counseled clients from different industries involving government investigations on safeguard antidumping, countervailing and antitrust issues.
Mr. Jiang has many years working expirences with leading U.S. law firms in China (White & Case in 1998-2000; and O’melveny & Myers in 2001-2004). Prior to joining the private sector, he served at the legal advisor at Chinese government.
