Ms. Liu practices as attorney-at-law in the Litigation and Arbitration Group of the Beijing Office.

Mr. Liu has provided legal service on joint-venture, overseas investment, complete equipment import, international commercial loan, listing, taxation agent, and real estate development. Mr. Liu also serves as a legal advisor for many well-known enterprises.

From 1981 to 1988 Mr. Liu was a judge at Beijing Intermdeiate Court; from 1988 to 1992 he practised law at Beijing Feng Shi Law Firm; from 1992 to 2002, he was a partner with Beijing Beifang Law Firm; from August 2001, he was an arbitrator at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC); in 2002 he joined Hao Tian as a partner.

Mr. Liu is a member of the following organizations: Beijing Youth Federation, China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA), and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). He provides legal advisory service for China Economic Times and Legal Daily. Mr. Liu also published many books and articles such as Taxation Operation and Taxation Agent.
