Profile
Mr. Quan practices as attorney-at-law in the Corporate and Securities Group of the Beijing Office.
Mr. Quan Shaoning is one of the founding partners of Hao Tian Law Office. Previously, he was a partner with Beijing Guozheng Law Office (1994-96). He also participated in establishing Beijing Jingwei Law Firm, the first partnership law firm in Beijing (1988).
Mr. Quan is one of the precursors who were engaged in securities legal transactions in China. He has provided legal advisory service for more than 30 stock companies on their establishment, domestic and international financing, M&A of listed companies. Mr. Quan is a member of Beijing Arbitration Commission; director of Beijing Lawyer¡¯s Association; and a member of Beijing Securities Commission. He has compiled ¡°the Guide for Companies Transforming into Stock Ones¡±, and coauthored¡± the Establishment of Stock Company and Its Domestic and International Listing¡±.
