Profile
Mr. Chen practices as attorney-at-law in the Real Estate Group of the Beijing Office.
Mr. Chen Xiyao worked in the Standing Committee of the People¡¯s Congress of Tianjin, enacting local regulations and doing some secretary work for the higher-ups from 1983 to 1989. From 1989 to 2000, he worked in Tianjin Training Institute of Agricultural Bank of China, acting as the dean¡¯s assistant of management department, deputy dean of the Dean¡¯s Office, dean of the institute, commissary of the Party Committee of the institute, vice president of the institute, vice director of the Title Assessment Committee, director of the Academy Committee of the institute. He had been engaged in teaching at the institute for over 10 years and became an associate professor in 1996. Mr. Chen joined Hao Tian in August 2008.
Mr. Chen has published the following books, The Journal of Tianjin Training Institute of Agricultural Bank of China; Legislative Theory and Legislative Technology; Bank Operation and Management; The Course of Economic Law; and Summary of Practice of Financial Law.
