Mr. Wei practices as attorney-at-law in the Corporate and Securities Group of the Beijing Office.
Mr. Wei Yang worked at the branch company of China Civil Aviation Administration from 1989 to 1994; in 1995, he worked at Beijing North Law Office, specializing in real estate legal transaction. Since 1997, worked at Beijing Haotian Law Office, specializing in company, litigation and real estate legal transaction. Now is the partner of Haotian Law Office.
Mr. Wei has provided for domestic and international clients law service related to real estate, company, security and finance, in addition to litigation and arbitration service such as financing of listed companies; domestic reinvestment of foreign capital; overseas investment of Chinese companies; corporate restructuring and merger; establishment of real estate company invested by foreign capital and project investment; real estate development and selling transaction; individual housing mortgage and loan. In his long years of practice, Mr. Wei serves as a legal consultant at many large electric plants, and he has rich practical experience in the legal matters concerning investment, financing and operation of electric plants
