Mr. Ling practices as attorney-at-law in the Corporate and Securities Group of the Beijing Office.
Mr. Ling Hao joined Hao Tian Law Office as one of the partner in July 2003. He worked at CSRC from 1994 to 2001, engaged in the inspection work at the Division of. Issuing and the Division of International Affaires. As a senior pre-inspector, he inspected over 70 companies listed domestically (shares A and B), in addition to over 20 companies (listed overseas) including CNPC and Sinopec. With sound theoretical knowledge of security law, Mr. Ling participated in drafting and revising many security regulations.
From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Ling worked at Guoxin Secruity Corporation, assuming important posts at the Division of Investment Bank, Assets Management and Business respectively. When serving as the Vice-General Manager at the Division of Investment Bank, Mr. Ling directly presided over and completed IPO, CB, with total amount to billions of RMB. Mr. Ling accumulates rich practical experience of capital operation and enjoys extensive relations with domestic and international security regulatories and agents.
