TerraLex 2009 Annual General Meeting was held in Hong Kong during November11-15, 2009. Partner Mr. Jiang Jiang and Mr. Shu Xiaojiang of our law firm attended this meeting. Through the practice group meetings (e.g. banking, international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, international trade, antitrust, etc.) and the discussion of the development in the legal system and Renminbi trading in Hong Kong, members of TerraLex discussed matters of common interest, made good communications, enhanced mutual understanding of each other and strengthened basis for further cooperation.
