Raid against Chinese exhibitors at an exhibition “All-in-Print China 2008”

During the exhibition of “All-in-Print 2008” held from November 14 to November 17, 2008 in Shanghai, Hylands represented  Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Manroland AG and POLAR-Mohr Gmbh & Co KG in lodging a complaint with the trade fair IP Administration Office, requesting for a raid against a number of Chinese printing machine exhibitors that are involved in trademark infringement and unfair competition.

IP Protection Office of the exhibition supported Hylands’ petitions and performed a raid promptly against 15 Chinese printing machine manufacturers. Infringing product catalogues, spare parts, promotional materials and copyrighted images were seized by the IP Protection Office.
