General Manager of NAIP in Taiwan visited Hylands

On May 29, 2008, Winston Hsu, President of the North America Intellectual Property Corporation (NAIP) and other two guests came to our office for a visit. Mr. Lian Yunze, the senior partner of our office warmly received the guests, along with Mr. Liu Yungui and Mr. Xu Zhiyong, the partners of our patent division, and Mr. Liuhua, the deputy manager responsible for domestic trademark affairs. During the two and half hours’ fruitful talk, the two firms better learned each other on the expertise and operation model thereof. This meeting set a sound basis for our further cooperation with each other.

NAIP is founded after North America International Patent Office, which was established in January 1995. Mr. Winston Hsu, President of NAIPO, has long ago obtained a US patent agent license and NAIPO is the first patent law firm in Taiwan with a US patent agent. Toady, NAIP has become one of the leading law firms in Intellectual Property field, particularly, one of the few global filer capable of the USPTO's EFS system.
