Mr. Xin joined Hylands from April, 2009 and has adequate experience in all aspects of trademark matters including clearance searches, filing and prosecution of trademarks, opposition, appeal, cancellation as well as well-known trademark recognition and other trademark matters. Before joining Hylands, Ms. Xin has been practising trademark matters in China Sinda and IntellecPro for over 13 years. In IntellecPro, Ms. Xin led the trademark department of IntellecPro as Department Manager. During her years of practising, Ms. Xin has dealt with lots of trademark cases for both domestic and overseas clients.
