Profile

Mr. Chen is an attorney-at-law and trademark attorney in our Beijing office. He is experienced in all aspects of trademark law and practice and deals with contentious and non-contentious matters including clearance searches and advice, filing and prosecution of trademarks as well as oppositions, appeals, cancellations and other trademark matters. He also has experience in other IP areas such as copyright, unfair-competition, domain name, litigation and anti-counterfeiting. He has handled many infringement or counterfeit cases for many national clients of well-known brands. Before joining Hylands he had practiced as a trademark attorney for several years in other firms of patent and trademark attorneys, like IntellecPro, where he gained much experience.
He is a member of Beijing Lawyers Association.
