Ms. Liu is a trademark attorney who joined Hylands Law Firm in October of 2008. With more than three years of work experience in another IP firm and having dealt with lots of trademark cases for both domestic and overseas clients, Ms. Liu is experienced in all aspects of trademark matters including clearance searches, filing and prosecution of trademarks, opposition, appeal, cancellation as well as well-known trademark recognition and other trademark matters. She also has experience in litigation, investigation and domain name matters.
