Mr. Duan is an attorney-at-law and trademark attorney in our Beijing office, working in our Internet Domain Team. He has extensive experience in the area of domain names, internet keywords and wireless keywords, including domain name dispute resolution by “arbitration”, litigation and negotiation, domain name registration, renewal, watching against cyber squatters and other matters, like advice on domain name strategy. His practice also covers the areas of trademark, copyright, unfair-competition, litigation and anti-counterfeiting.
