Profile Mr. Liu is an attorney-at-law in our Shanghai office. He has more than eight years of extensive experience in practicing intellectual property law and contract law. He is experienced in all aspects of intellectual property law and practice and deals with contentious and non-contentious matters. As he has science education background, he also handles patent matters and has experience in drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications as well as in patent re-examination and invalidation proceedings.
