Profile

Ms. Liu is an attorney-at-law and trademark attorney in our Beijing office. She is experienced in all aspects of trademark law and practice and deals with contentious and non-contentious matters. She also has experience in other IP areas such as copyright, unfair-competition, litigation and anti-counterfeiting. She has extensive experience in the area of domain names, internet keywords and wireless keywords and has handled lots of domain name disputes, registrations, renewals and other matters, like advice on domain name strategy. Before joining Hylands she practiced as attorney-at-law in a foreign firm of patent and trademark attorneys, where she gained much experience.
