Profile

Mr. Yang is a patent attorney in our Chengdu office. Since 1996 he has been practicing in the field of intellectual property, specializing in patent, copyright, trademark, unfair-competition and IP administration, and worked in the companies of electrical products.
1998-2001 he worked as chief technical consultant, physics teacher, deputy director of research team and host of project in a middle school of Sichuan province. He helped his students created hundreds of inventions and achieved many awards on creation and patent.
In 2001 he established Chengdu TONSO Technology Development Center and worked as legal representative and R& D engineer, who was in charge of technology development and IP administration. He hosted many patent developments and high-tech achievements.
In 2005 he established Sichuan Wenkang Intellectual Property Agency, which was merged with Hylands in 2008.
He is members of the former Chongqing Invention Association, China Invention Association, China Creative Studies Institute, Council Member of Chengdu Science Association Enterprise & Institutions Research Committee, Volunteer of China Popular Science, Volunteer of China Intellectual Property Protection, Top Ten in Technology of the Chongqing Universities, Excellent Individual awarded by Sichuan Education Hall, Excellent Popular Science Individual of Chengdu (the only candidate in the IP field).
He fulfilled many technical research and technical creation achievements, one nation level project supporting by the World Bank. He achieved many creation and invention awards at the nation level, education awards of Chongqing and excellent finding awards at the city and province level.
