Be responsible for the interview preparation of the applicant under the investor category. The main duty is to gather and analyze the information of client, write the interview preparation documents, train the client, translate the documents submitted to the immigration bureau, including the legal documents, contracts and audit report, etc; and the documents related to the working experience and personal assets of the client, such as reference letter, position and income certificate, house evaluation report and so on. Accompany the client to attend the interview coaching handled by Canadian lawyer and interpret between them.

Assist the attorney to handle issues related to the trademark infringement and customs intellectual property protection, the detailed jobs including writing raid action report, translating documents, negotiating between customs and the client, etc.
