浩天律师参加TerraLex独立律所国际网络2023年全球年会
2023年10月16日-10月24日，北京浩天律师事务所全国董事局主席蒋琪律师带领浩天国际投资并购专业委员会牵头合伙人、北京办公室高级合伙人刘京律师，浩天国际投资并购专业委员会牵头合伙人、上海办公室管理合伙人姚约茜律师，济南办公室主任周可佳律师等六位律师，一同参加了TerraLex独立律所国际网络在澳大利亚墨尔本和新西兰举办的TerraLex2023年全球年会。
On October 16-24, 2023, Mr. Jiang Qi, Chairman of the National Board of Directors of Hylands law firm, led a delegation of 6 lawyers including Mr. Michael Liu, Leading Partner of Hylands International Investment and M&A Committee and Senior Partner of Hylands Beijing Office, Ms. Yao Yuexi (Jessie Yao), Leading Partner of Hylands International Investment and M&A Committee and Managing Partner of Hylands Shanghai Office, Mr. Zhou Kejia, Director of Hylands Jinan Office, to attend the TerraLex 2023 Global Meeting held by TerraLex in Melbourne, Australia and New Zealand.

10月16日，北京浩天律师事务所的代表们到达本次TerraLex会议的现场，完成会议注册。同日，TerraLex独立律所国际网络为了迎接北京浩天律师事务所的代表团，专门安排了现任主席Derek Humphery-Smith律师、前任主席Tim Brown律师、首席执行官 Terri Pepper和商务官Tim Shannon为浩天代表团举行欢迎仪式。
On October 16, the representatives from Hylands law firm arrived at the venue of this TerraLex Meeting, completed registration. On the same day, TerraLex specially arranged the current Chairman Derek Humphery-Smith, former Chairman Tim Brown, Chief Executive Officer Terri Pepper and Chief Business Officer Tim Shannon to hold a welcome ceremony for the Hylands delegation and attended the Meeting together.

10月17日，TerraLex全球年会的各个研讨会正式拉开帷幕。参会代表们于17日上午参加了以“人工智能在实践中的应用”(AI in Action)为主题的研讨会，探讨了如何在公司内部、协议中使用或不使用AI的问题。随后代表们参加了“兼并与收购行业分享会”（Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group Meeting），会上来自世界各国的律师也分享了自己关于兼并与收购的实践案例。ESG作为热门话题，也引发了各国律师的激烈讨论。律师们各抒己见，会场气氛热闹非凡。17日下午，浩天的参会代表们在主办方的组织下，参加了与澳大利亚Lander & Rogers律师事务所、美国Stoel Rives律师事务所、瑞士Roesle Frick律师事务所和美国Wiggin & Dana律师事务所的交流会议。
On October 17, the sessions of the TerraLex kicked off. In the morning, the representatives attended a session themed "AI in Action", exploring the issues of whether and how to use AI internally and in agreements. Afterwards, the representatives attended the "Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group Meeting", where lawyers from around the world shared their practice on mergers and acquisitions. ESG, as a hot topic, also sparked heated discussions among lawyers worldwide. Lawyers expressed their opinions freely and the atmosphere was lively. In the afternoon, the representatives from Hylands law firm attended exchange meetings with Lander & Rogers from Australia, Stoel Rives from the US, Roesle Frick from Switzerland and Wiggin & Dana from the US, organized by TerraLex.
10月18日，TerraLex全球年会的各个研讨会仍在继续进行。北京浩天律师事务所的各位代表参加了以“进步而非完美：营造性别平等的环境”(Progress,Not Perfection:Creating A Gender-Neutral Environment)和“定价制胜”（Pricing to Win Workshop）为主题的研讨会。来自世界各地的律师们，大家相聚一堂，分享着自己的成功经验。
On October 18, various sessions of the TerraLex Global Meeting continued. The representatives from Hylands law firm attended sessions themed "Progress, Not Perfection: Creating A Gender-Neutral Environment" and "Pricing to Win Workshop". Lawyers from all over the world gathered together to share their success stories.
