浩天信和助力惟一资本完成邮人体育退出
2021年7月8日，纽交所上市公司 Endeavor Group Holdings 中国分公司（Endeavor 巍美）正式对外宣布完成对邮人体育集团（Mailman Gruop）的全资收购。浩天信和律师事务所李皆君律师及其团队作为邮人体育A轮股东惟一资本的法律顾问，为本次交易提供全程法律服务。本项目中，浩天信和全程参与了项目谈判、交易结构设计、法律文本审阅及修订、协助完成交割等事宜，成功助力惟一资本实现邮人体育投资退出。
On July 8th 2021, Endeavor Group Holdings China Branch officially announced the completion of the wholly-owned acquisition of Mailman Group (the “Transaction”). Partner Jiejun Li of Hylandslaw and his team, as the legal counsel of WE Capital ( the Series-A shareholder of Mailman Group ), provided legal services for the Transaction. In the Transaction, Hylandslaw participated in the whole negotiation process for the Transaction, designed the Transaction structure, drafted, reviewed and revised the legal texts, and assisted to complete the closing of the Transaction, which successfully fulfilled the realization of the investment of the client.
邮人体育集团是一家体育数字营销公司，为包括 NHL 、FIFA 、安德玛、NBA 及切尔西足球俱乐部在内的多家客户提供全方位的数字化服务。由于疫情影响，体育行业受到重创，本次交易的成功进行，离不开交易各方的积极动作与强力支撑，这也意味着Endeavor这样的体育巨头对于中国体育市场的未来抱有乐观期待。通过此交易的完成，我们也期待整个体育行业逐渐恢复元气，这也印证了体育行业重新焕发生机指日可待。
Mailman is a famous company specializing in sports digital marketing, which provides a full range digital services for NHL, FIFA, NBA, Under Armour and Chelsea Football Club, etc. Sports industry was significantly affected by the pandemic of COVID-19, which made it very difficult to promote the Transaction. The success of the Transaction cannot be achieved without the actions and strong support of all parties involved, which also shows that Endeavor possesses optimistic expectations of the future of the Chinese sports market. Through the Transaction, we expect that the entire sports industry may gradually regain its vitality, and the prosperity of the sports industry may be just around the corner.
