The “China Business LawAwards” is aimed at selecting law firms that had eye-catching performances inthe legal field during the previous year. The selection of “China Business Law Awards” is based on the recommendations and evaluations from Chinese and foreign corporate counsels, executives and legal professionals concerned about the Chinese market. China Business Law Journal also conducts extensive research on the clients of law firms to determine their satisfactions with the services of law firms. In order to determine the awarded law firms, in addition to carefully taking the recommendations and evaluations into consideration, China Business Law Journal also examines each law firm’s landmark deals, cases or other notable achievements over the past year.
